The BCR Apprenticeship Programme is designed for emerging creatives, organizers, and cultural workers seeking hands-on experience in protest mas, community arts, and carnival production.
Apprentices work alongside members of the executive and production teams to gain practical skills, mentorship, and real-world experience.

Applicants must be:
16 years of age or older
Respectful, collaborative, and willing to learn
Able to commit to agreed schedules and responsibilities
Applicants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate.
No prior carnival experience is required for many roles.
